The only room with a double bed, and it's a lovely comfy kingsized one! The room is large and light with a view westwards over open farmland. Lots of watercolours painted by my sister hang on the walls.
This room also faces west, so is bathed in evening sunlight. It's the largest bedroom and you can relax on the chaise longue and admire the view! It has its own bathroom with a shower over the bath.
This used to be our son's room, and thankfully is considerably tidier now! It catches the morning sun and looks out over our paved yard and the roofs of the farm buildings and towards the river Tees. It has original watercolour pictures on the walls.

This room is painted a fresh green, and has its own spacious bathroom which has a shower over the bath, and a 'loo with a view' facing south over fields of ridge and furrow grassland. One of our visitors once watched a fox carrying a rabbit to her hungry cubs near the wood.
This little room is requested by some of our regular visitors, as it's so cosy! It looks over our walled garden where we grow our vegetables, soft fruit as well as borders of flowers, giving lots of colour during the summer months.
